I've just been for a run and in the past I would have been in pieces limping around with my knee.
I've had 4 sessions with Jamie now and a part from general unfitness I have been fine.
For 15 years I was told I would just have to manage the pain and symptoms but, thanks to Jamie I am getting myself sorted!!!!

Been suffering quite badly from Plantar Fasciitis. Nothing seemed to do the trick, until J’aime’s hands hot to grips with it. Two days, very active days, and the heal pain has stayed at bay. Excellent J’aime
