Having been in constant pain for weeks i found JST Through a good friend. My first appointment i was very nervous Jamie put me at my ease straight away we sat and discussed my problem and after completely the medical questionnaire Jamie started my treatment totally client based anything your are not happy with just let Jamie know. After arriving so apprehensive i had no hesitation in booking my next appointment that day. I would highly recommend JST (Pain free is a great feeling)

Jaime is a thoroughly professional therapist, absolutely expert in her field and knew exactly what I needed. Background and history are discussed then a course of treatment advised, which was thorough and effective, being informed at each step of the way what was happening. I came out feeling light as a feather with so much more movement immediately. I've had follow up treatment with Jaime and will be continuing with maintenance appointments. Highly recommended.

Excellent first session My body cracked in places I didn’t think possible and playing four games of ice hockey this weekend I have noticed the difference straight away!
I left with knowledge of what I can do to help myself as well which is great.
