Jaime was outstanding. Very much a ‘one stop shop’, using a variety of techniques with great skill and experience. I have a history of complicated sports injuries, operations and structural and soft tissue issues. I’m confident they’ll be put right. My shoulder feels better already!

Jaime resolved my issues mainly caused by going from an active lifestyle to a slouchy one over Christmas followed by illness keeping me sedate. I had actually injured my back and connecting core muscles from being sat in the worst positions for too long and she has corrected me using what I would describe as genius stretching/movement/pressure techniques that you wouldn't expect a person to be able to perform (without additional help!). I feel a lot better 2 days on. Highly recommended
