Instantly made me feel at ease upon arrival. Super friendly and chatty. Knows her stuff which makes me confident that I’ll recover from my injury very soon. Sent me away with loads of advice and was adamant I could contact her if I needed any query I may have answered. Highly recommended!
Also, which is the best part, I limped in but managed to walk out. Fantastic!

I have been seeing Jaime sports therapy for nearly 6 years, eveytime I have a injury, niggle or just general aches and pains, I have come away feeling a lot better then when I arrived.
Jaime is very friendly and has a calming way of working and making you feel at ease when you visit her, she will explain what issues you may have and how she will correct them, in my case always getting to the root of the problem.
I can't recommend her enough, very skilled professional.
