J'aime is professional and a highly skilled and knowledgeable expert in her field. J'aime has a warm and welcoming nature and diagnosed my problems straight away... this is after I had spent hundreds of pounds at many different practitioners.
My longterm problem is alleviated almost after my second session alone. I'm so glad and grateful to have found J'aime Sports Therapy.

My appointment with Jamie gets me through my month and makes life more manageable and bearable......before i started coming to see her I was miserable and in pain. NHS didn’t help me but she makes a big difference!!

I’ve been going to Jaime regularly for a maintenance sports massage to avoid hamstring and calf injuries- she always finds those knots and niggles you are not aware of that left untreated can build into an injury. She is knowledgeable, attentive and always listens to you. Her treatment room is COVID safe. I would really recommend Jaime - she’s great.
