very relaxing, targeted what was required, not just a general massage as you often get, was firm enough but not brutal.
Jaime knows where to target aches and pains from what sport or training you do, and as she gets to know you and your aches and pains, knows where to apply the right treatment to get get the best results.
Thoroughly reccomended.
