Had my first visit to J'aime on Saturday & had a fantastic all round experience.
I was surprised by the venue & the range of businesses that are situated in one building but the treatment room J'aime uses is very private and relaxing.
J'aime is extremely friendly & made me feel at ease immediately, which is good when you have to take your clothes off in front of a total stranger. She spent time discussing my issues and understanding why I was there and having been fully assessed I received my first sports massage. J'aime is very down to earth & knowledgeable and I am definitely feeling the benefits of the treatment which is why I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services.
One small downside parking was tricky outside but it wouldn't put me off returning
