The therapist and place were nice and the end result was very good. However, I was baffled that I had to ask for the backside to be waxed. I was told it was extra, but I said that in my years' of doing waxing- hollywood bikini wax would ALWAYS include the backside. It is not just the front. The therapist did it anyway, which I was thankful for but it was awkward having to ask in the 1st place. The other thing was that I was charged twice: 1) online when doing my reservation 2) when I visited.

Sitara was amazing very friendly made me feel comfortable and inwouod definitely recommend their facials and IPL hair removal treatments.

After having my fair share of horrible wax experiences, I booked this wax with Sitara feeling anxious, however from the moment I walked in she was super friendly and welcoming, Sitara is absolutely amazing at her job, she’s very careful and precise, it was honestly the least painful wax I’ve ever experienced, we kept chatting and before you knew it we were done. Sitara also helped cater towards me even though I didn’t much mobility in my arm, she still managed to leave it completely clean!
I have for sure found my permanent salon and won’t need to go through anymore wax burns, Sitara has made sure of that!:)

The beauty therapist was quite pleasant and she was skilled in that it didn’t hurt all that much and was quick. However, she didn’t get all the hairs and didn’t wax a whole area (crack) which is supposed to be waxed as part of the treatment which is the whole point of going so can’t rate more than 3 stars. Also, no aftercare advice was given.
