My appointment was >15 minutes late (although hom changed the appointment time in the system after I left). My treatment was short and I was told this is normal and met with a combative attitude (?). As Hom was so late she didn’t have time to clean the usual massage room and I instead had my treatment in an office with CCTV showing on monitors, bright clinical lights, a window into reception and beeping alarms. I gave this feedback and was told the owner would be in contact, she hasn’t

Love coming to this salon and trying the new treatments, this is my second face peel with light therapy and my skin is looking so much brighter. Beata is simply fabulous at what she does and I never leave disappointed. Renata and her whole team are welcoming, professional and knowledgeable, well worth a visit if you haven't been before.

I had a fantastic treatment with Hom. She was incredibly thorough, taking the time to assess my skin’s needs before recommending the most suitable approach. Her dedication was clear throughout and she even gave a relaxing massage as the mask was applied. Would highly recommend.

The Glow and Be Facial was a wonderful experience being massage based. Beatta also did a wonderful eyebrow shape and tint which was the best I have very had.
