Dee was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She did her best.
However their were only two stylists there and at points I had to wait for her to go and start someone's hair. I had an 12pm appointment started on time,had to wait some time,ended up leaving after 4pm.
It'll be good for those who made an appointment hair to be dealt with first or customers should be encouraged to make a booking online and create realistic time slots.

Amy was very gentle but effective when washing my hair. She even offered to grease my scalp. This wasn't offered on my last visit so I was impressed 👌🏽
