I had a Hollywood and full leg wax and it was a last minute booking it was a thorough wax and I was smooth for ages after the treatment, they did well to fit me in as it was last minute also!

Attended my appointment on correct day and time to be told the app hadn’t informed the venue of my appointment, which I had paid for and had 2 confirmation emails, the venue did they’re best to fit me in later that day, which they did and I had a very good experience and love my nails

Hi! The three star stars “had a few problems”
But there were not any issues at all.
I just felt three stars
The shop floor could do with sprucing up a bit as it did look really plain but I don’t know the circumstances of the business. My hairdresser was lovely. Had a lovely haircut. I was there for a lot less shorter time than I thought I would be which I don’t know if it’s a good thing or not, (I’m usually in for over an hour wit my hair cuts and dry..) but overall not a bad experience.
