Very please with the service we come again. Very friendly staff and clean venue
For the 2nd time, I was outside the shop waiting and trying to call the given contact from 10am. I went shopping after 30mins of waiting then came back 10:45 am to see if the shop was open.
My appointment was booked for 10 am. The shop opened just after 11. As this happened before I was not impressed at all. I informed the beautician that I had an appointment booked for 10 am. she asked if I was sure be she was not made aware and they open 11 on Sunday's, so me waiting for them to open is not her concern as treatwell did not contact her.
something was obviously lost in transaction. Be that as it may, I will never go back to this shop and I don't think that they should have their website on treatwell.
The customer service was shameful.
