The spa rescheduled my appointment to 3 weeks later because the therapist I had selected didn’t offer massages to males (this however wasn’t clear at time of booking so wasn’t my fault). The rescheduled massage was with a therapist who seemed a novice and it was not a good one- she put way too much oil and there wasn’t enough pressure applied despite repeatedly asking for it.
