Awful experience for both treatments. Booked in for a brow wax but got threading instead. Stray brown hairs left and tint left a dark stain outside of my eyebrow area - complete mess.

Beatriz was a brilliant masseuse. I’d highly recommend. I came in with a bad back and she was so attentive and clearly knew what she was doing. I left feeling like a new woman.

I got a wax done here, the appointment was rushed and she didn't manage to wax all the hairs from my legs - I had to go home and epilate all the excess hairs. She also left wax on my legs, this should've at least been wiped off. I would recommend just doing it at home yourself and just save the money.
