The staff were very nice but I was asked personal medical information with no privacy, in front of other therapists and customers. I didn't feel too relaxed as the room was quite cold, tight and had lots of things in it. The facial itself was ok, and there are a few improvements to my skin but I thought there would be more of a massage element! It was maybe more clinical than relaxing, which maybe some people would prefer.
