Really lovely customer service and environment! For next time, it might be good if the process of doing makeup was like a conversation. I would have liked to have been told what products were going on when, and I would have liked to have made choices at certain points. For example, I wanted natural-looking daytime makeup, so I would have appreciated the choice between black and brown eye make-up, or cat-eye liner or regular liner.
