Ivona is fantastic! I have waist-length hair and despite the several hours that it takes for her to get through it, she never rushes things. You can put your trust in Ivona and her sister with your hair. While their location may appear intimidating, their pricing is surprisingly reasonable!
I was looking for a short bob cut hair style
and before going to the salon i was very confused to what i actually wanted and because i haven’t cut my hair very short in a very long time,
I was kind of scared too but Ivona gave me brilliant hair cut and hair coloring
and I came out looking so confident and pretty
and that is when i realised that she gave me the exact hairstyle , I was looking for.
they have amazing customer service and even stayed very late just for my hair appointment.

I arrived with a vague idea of the haircut style I wanted, and the staff were patient and asked me multiple questions to determine the details of what I wanted.
After they had finished, I was not fully satisfied with one of my choices, and they offered to change it if I could wait a bit (there were other customers waiting). I did, and I am very pleased with the result.
My go to hairdresser. Ivona is committed to the best service as well as the best haircut. She listens to your needs and adds her expertise so that you can leave with a perfect blow dried hair that will still look great once you wash and dry yourself. She cares for people and is a kind soul, leads by example and every person in the salon matches the energy. I always enjoy my experience from the moment I enter to the moment I leave. Hair cut was nice, but unfortunately I went to the sallon 1 month before and booked in a appointment for cut and bleaching/colouring. My partner was with me and we are both 100% sure we let it booked. On that morning, I called in to say I was few minutes late and I've been told that nothing was booked but I could still come that they would cut my hair and squeeze me for the bleach after 12. Went there, had my hair cut, which was nice and once completed, I asked which time I should be in for the bleaching. For my surprise I was told there were no slots available and I would have to come another day, but what really threw me off was the fact I have been told I was confused and I did not booked it in, when me and my partner are 100% sure, and one of the ladies was really rude, not even considering she could have made a mistake and make us feel as if it was our fault and even turned her backs off and abandoned the conversation. Rude and no sense of what good customer service is. I don't want to extend this to all staff, but the truth is that I am disappointed and these bad reviews didn't came from nowhere.
