I was looking for a short bob cut hair style and before going to the salon i was very confused to what i actually wanted and because i haven’t cut my hair very short in a very long time, I was kind of scared too but Ivona gave me brilliant hair cut and hair coloring and I came out looking so confident and pretty and that is when i realised that she gave me the exact hairstyle , I was looking for. they have amazing customer service and even stayed very late just for my hair appointment. Can’t thank them enough!
My go to hairdresser. Ivona is committed to the best service as well as the best haircut. She listens to your needs and adds her expertise so that you can leave with a perfect blow dried hair that will still look great once you wash and dry yourself. She cares for people and is a kind soul, leads by example and every person in the salon matches the energy. I always enjoy my experience from the moment I enter to the moment I leave. Thank you so much!
I arrived with a vague idea of the haircut style I wanted, and the staff were patient and asked me multiple questions to determine the details of what I wanted. After they had finished, I was not fully satisfied with one of my choices, and they offered to change it if I could wait a bit (there were other customers waiting). I did, and I am very pleased with the result.
Ivona is fantastic! I have waist-length hair and despite the several hours that it takes for her to get through it, she never rushes things. You can put your trust in Ivona and her sister with your hair. While their location may appear intimidating, their pricing is surprisingly reasonable!
Absolutely disgusting and rude customer service. I only popped in to repair my gel polish on the nail, which would have taken 5 min, and I had a buggy with a sleeping baby in it. I was told that the buggy wasn’t allowed to be upstairs and they refused to help me to bring it downstairs, saying I wasn’t their client, but a client of nail technicians, so advised me to ask them. I said they didn’t have to be so rude, and right after that they went aggressive on me. One lady came out of the back office and nearly punched me in a face, but luckily a male hairdresser stopped her, presumably realising that it would have been a police case of physical assault and they have CCTV footage there, so there would have been no escape for them as a business. I was told that I was a bad mother since I had no one to leave my baby with and that my nail was more important than a baby. Avoid at any cost! I felt so awful after the visit. Needless to say that I decided not to repair the nail then and just walked out. I reported them to police for verbal and mental abuse
