- Although we booked an appointment and arrived on time, I felt we were waiting behind other customers, but were seen to within 5-10mins.
Note: For the price (less than £25 for BD&Wash&Cut don't expect a director level cut, but value for money and a lovely treatment)
It was a bit tricky to describe exactly what I wanted so I had to show a picture. It was a long angled bob with layers at the back. The cut was not exactly how the picture was, but after I had to ask to put the layers at the back it was easily corrected and very close to the look I wanted.
I hope I didn't come over too fussy!
