I regularly visit here to get my eyebrows done. Staff are always friendly and I leave with my brows looking great. Good value for money too!

From the very first email correspondence right up to leaving the studio when the lovely photographer helped me back to my car, the Ivy Rose team made me feel like royalty.
The studio was pretty, professional & welcoming & the staff even more so, especially considering my shoot involved my dog!
They pampered me ready for my shoot & made me feel beautiful both inside & out with their makeover & heartfelt conversation, while my dog had free run of the studio along with an endless supply of affection & fuss from the team (which she absolutely loved!).
The photo shoot itself is really where I must praise Ivy Rose because as well as me being hard work in front of a camera, my dog decided she would rather carry on exploring the sights & smells of the studio than have her photo taken! But the talents & patience of the chatty, friendly photographer took it in her stride & made it all fun, putting both me & my dog at ease to have hopefully captured some beautiful images of the two of us.
As a competition prize & therefore receiving all of the above free of charge, I could not fault any element of the day; I loved the experience, the team, the studio, the professionalism, the chatter, the kindness, the way they made me look - I never wanted to take my make up off again after the makeover!
The only potential down side is that, realistically, I don't think I'll be able to purchase the images afterwards due to the price & think other customers - after having already spent £100+ on the photo shoot experience alone - may feel the same. However, it's all relative & the girls need to make money from their fabulous talents & from a personal point of view having not paid for the experience, I am thrilled with the generosity of being given such a lavish, luxurious prize that I otherwise would never have had the chance to be part of.
I can't wait to see my photos from the day & be able to say another big thank you to the team personally.

I can honestly say that I've never felt so beautiful and so comfortable in my own skin. Me and my sister were so nervous and thought we'd freeze in front of the camera, but we were made to feel so comfortable and welcome. It was like we'd know everyone for years. It was an amazing day, one we won't forget and we can't wait to see what incredible pictures you've managed to snap. THANK YOU THANK YIU THANK YOU!!!!
