I was asked want I wanted and was talked through what would happen. It was completed in a little over an hour. I’m really happy with the length and shape. However I left with one nail wonky. I did address it at the time yet it wasn’t completely rectified and I personally find it quite noticeable. I also realised after leaving that I was given DND polish (which is cheaper) when I had paid in advance for The Gel Bottle polish!
