The welcome at Ivy Rose is always friendly. Lisa is professional as always. But I did lose a nail extension on the second day of my holiday, so I was not happy to walk around with a nail missing after the polish was so nice. First time that ever happened. But apart from that Lisa will always give your nails the 5* treatment
