Lisa had a great attention to detail. She talked me through everything she was doing, asking me to check the shape of my nails and make sure I was happy with them. My nails look perfect and just what I was hoping for. The builder gel has been applied so well - there's no weird blotches I've had from other places. I couldn't be happier :)
