Lovely experience all round. Friendly staff & great customer service. Deluxe pedi was lovely (particularly the aromatherapy massage). Good colour selection for gels. 5/5!

The venue and service are fantastic. The staff can’t do enough for you and are so polite and welcoming. I was extremely impressed with the venue; the decor and facilities are beautiful - you’d be hard pressed to find better in East London. It was my 50th birthday, and Charlotte and her team made my experience very special - I highly recommend that you try it for yourself and I can’t wait to go with my girls again.

I was happy with my treatments, however two of my nails hurt after my manicure. What I was most upset about though was when I was given the dryer for my nails, I was just left, no thank you, no hope to see you again, no goodbye nothing. As she didn’t come back to me after about ten minutes of the timer on the dryer finishing I got up and left. It was all a bit embarrassing. Left a tip with the receptionist for my manicurist but felt I shouldn’t have had to do that. It was rude I was just left.
