It was my daughters first time having her eyebrows threaded and Chelsea made her feel so relaxed, Chelsea tidied up her eyebrows as she is only 12 and made it clear that her face is changing so she cannot shape them until her face has fully matured. So much knowledge and explained it really well to my daughter who was pleased with the results
