As soon as I sat down for my pedi I was asked if I wanted a tea, coffee or water which was a lovely touch. The salon itself is decorated really nicely and it’s spotless. The service was great, I was checked in on regularly and made to feel really comfortable and at home. I’ll definitely be back for more services!

My treatments felt very rushed and I didn’t feel there was much care taken for me or the process. I can understand that me being slightly late adds pressure but when I’ve previously received great service and this time it was average the difference is noticeable.
Firstly, there was no soak off - only the tools were used which left an uneven surface. I questioned it and got a response about the gel covering it. My nails are not all even. I asked for one or two nails to be changed which she did but only after telling me they were too pointy (which they’re not but it’s irrelevant anyway if that’s what I ask for). The french manicure is not even across all nails and I’m a little disappointed in the overall outcome and service today. I will go back but will ask for specific technicians.
