I had my first ever wax today and was very nervous! Within 10 seconds of being in the room Kirsty made me feel so comfortable and settled, she kept chatting and talked me through everything she was going to do. The wax was great and my skin feels smooth and hair free! I’ll definitely be back and am so grateful that Kirsty was so lovely. It made it a lot less daunting!
