Worst manicure I’ve ever had, the day before I was going to a wedding and my nails looked hurrendous I made it very clear I wasn’t happy and the staff could not have shown any less interest - offering no resolution such as a free take off or a paint over the French manicure. Treatwell have been trying to contact the salon for a week about my complaint but haven’t been able to reach them. Awful salon

I am quite happy with the treatment I got. Flo took time and care about my nails. The whole place is clean and airing. I gave three on cleanses because I have to ask them to wipe the dryer before I use it.
