Normally have a great experience at Ivy Rose but today I was pretty disappointed. The manicure is uneven - the coats don't match so there is a difference in the texture which is noticeable and the finish isn't smooth. There was no hand cream / oil or anything applied to my hands afterwards so they looked very dry and dusty and edges aren't smooth. I'm not sure I would rebook TBH.
