Lovely venue, pleasant staff, good treatments. My gel polish removal and signature manicure were great, lovely relaxing hand scrub and massage, nails left looking very clean and tidy. My gel polish manicure was good and lasted well, although my treatment by Alina did involve a couple of cut cuticles. She was apologetic and it didn't ruin the experience or manicure but something to improve!
