Pedi chipped after a day, I did call the salon to explain as this has not happened before and was offered a free redo pedi and a fixture of the chipped nail - the chipped nail was just rebuffed which chipped later that day. No out call to rebook for the pedi service

Went in to have pedicure gel removal and pedicure and I’m sad to say after so many good gel manicures and pedicures at Ivy Rose this was a real disappointment. The gel was removed using an electronic file, the treatment didn’t include a soak which it clearly states in the description. I have been left with gel still on my nails which is peeling off in chunks and meant that the manicure was pointless. Two weeks later and my nails still look a mess.

First time with Kirsty for a massage but will not be my last, she was utterly amazing and knew exactly what she was doing, can’t recommend enough.
