A wonderful experience. Rachael was so pleasant and welcoming. I've walked past this place so many times, but it popped up as an option for a last minute need. A lovely reception area, very cosy. Rachel was great - I was late by 5 min and she was not fussed about it. I got eye waxing done. Rachel listened to my requests and kept me informed as she worked. She also let me vent about life stress and was wonderfully sympathetic. It was a great experience! Would highly recommend, I will be back
