Customer Service was OK, welcoming, polite respectful. It would be helpful if clients are talked through each step during treatment especially if 1st time. Treatment room could be a bit warmer. My lashes did not really look lifted as I've been told I hardly have any so mascara might suit me better

Ogechi was really nice & friendly. Very experienced & thorough but also very efficient. The was was abit painful as I haven’t waxed in a while but nowhere near as painful as my previous experiences as she uses honey wax which is also very good for your skin. Will definitely book again!
