I had a lift and tint lashes done and it was great. I have done them before, and I very much like how Ivy Nat did mine! The appointment was on time and finished on time so I asked her if she could do eyebrow threading. She did a fantastic job, painless and super nice!

This treatment wasn’t good. I emailed to let them no privately but no one replied.
My eyebrows have been destroyed. They’ve gone weird and curly. They didn’t look right immediately which has led me to believe they used DIY products rather than professional.
I’ve had this treatment before elsewhere and it wasn’t anything like this. I could feel her scrapping my eyebrows.
I’m most disappointed but the lack of reply. Very unprofessional
