The girl is very professional I been first for skin test and other day for appointment. The place is very comfortable and clean. In love with the technical she used in my eyelashes. She explained everything step by step. She is very polite and friendly.

The treatment room is small space at the back of the shop which needs updating and cleaning. I got brow lamination and lash lift. For both it seems some of the hair were missed and stick out all wonky. Most importantly I got a chemical burn from the brow lamination for which I contacted ivy nat and all they said that it happens and to go to the gp if still concerned... I would have appreciated some concern/apology or attempt to make right even if its not directly their fault

My treatment was cancelled by text and my requests for a refund or to rebook ignored. I messaged several times and even visited the premises, leaving my name and number for the manager. I asked for a refund but was told the manager had to do it. They took my money and I never received my treatment.
