Cut about double the amount of length off than I wanted. Hoped I’d feel better about it at home but it’s actually shocking how much length they’ve taken. Kept telling me how dry my hair was (said it about 10 times, unnecessary to keep saying it). Disappointing experience, didn’t have great self-confidence leaving there. On the positive side it is a nicely designed salon, music was good. They also did blow dry my hair without charging as I accidentally didn’t pay for a cut and dry.

I picked this salon based on the great reviews and the stylish salon and I’ve got to say it succeeded expectations. My 12 year old daughter had a wash and cut and she absolutely loved her hair and the whole experience. Ivi did an amazing job with her tick and unruly hair and really made her feel very special. I would highly recommend this little gem of a place. The prices are also very reasonable for the level of service you receive. Can’t wait to come back for my own appointments ❤️x
