Ivi was having trouble with her booking system so was running a little late. She still managed to deal with my appointment in reasonable time and the haircut was great. Was worth the short wait.

Ivi is friendly, talented, professional, skilled and considerate. I travel for 4 hours just to go to this particular salon for she is simply the best.

The most awful, old fashioned, uneven cut I have ever had. One side 2 inches shorter than the other. I am distraught and humiliated. I will never return.
