I am not usually a fan of visiting the hairdressers and always put it off. Ivi just put me so at ease, as did the other staff member at the salon, and both knew exactly the right thing for my hair type. Ivi was really knowledgeable about what sort of cut would suit me as well as taking my opinions onboard, she also had a lovely demeanour, great sense of humour and was just a very warm soul. I will 100% be back and won’t put off my next haircut for so long! Thank you Ivi, really pleased!
