Turned up only to be told only one person could cut hair and they were currently on holiday. Take it off the treatment list if that is the case.

I really like going to Ivi as I get a really good cut. She is friendly and professional. I had a treatment for the first time this visit but was a bit unsure about the heat blower they put me under. The temperature was very up and down until Ivi arrived and adjusted it
