Poor quality pedicure, rushed, only used half of the time allocated for the appointment and the quality of the varnish was terrible. When I pointed out that the varnish could use a second coat she told me a second coat won't dry and I won't be able to put shoes on. There was 45 minutes of the appointment still left.
