What should of took 2 hours took 4 hours, showed numerous photos and did not receive anything near what I wanted. Absolutely disgusted I had to ask her 3 times to dry it as she didn’t do it properly and I had to walk Out with soaking hair at my roots. Not happy and shocked I still paid.
The lady lied to me several times when I asked when she would be done. After the appointment I had to go to another salon to fix. They also said how soaking wet my hair was and how bad it is that she curled my hair when it was so wet. And I still had to pay a £175 bill after complaining. do not go here whatever you do.

Not good at all - I went on the morning of Friday the 8th of March. It's a shame, because after reading previous reviews I assumed it would be better. My scalp was burnt (heat too high) - the proprietor left the brush in my hair while taking calls from other potential customers, which I thought was extremely unprofessional, and also caused delays in my personal schedule. Will not be returning.
Top tip: if your fellow colleague can't answer the phone, hire a receptionist who can.

Kim was fantastic today she welcomed me warmly. She was very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted with my hair cut. I am very happy with my hair cut and will be returning.
