Unfortunately one of the worst hairdressing experiences for me. Colour was too bright even after explaining to Kim which colour I wanted. Hair brushing and blow drying was so rough that I genuinely had a headache after and couldn’t wait to leave. I came in with healthy hair and left with matte straw like. Devastated to see my hair like this. Will never again go to a new hairdresser, this was truly a lesson.
