Hena is a lovely lady, I liked the eyebrow tint and shape but my eyelash could have been more uplifted but overall happy and definitely will go back and a local find for me!

Great treatment, but on this occasion the shape of the eyebrow was a bit too modern for me and I would have preferred a softer curve to the brow. Unfortunately I had assumed that when I said I would like a natural shape, the therapist would automatically understand what I wanted. Next time I go, I will be cleared about what I want and also the very light depth of colour I prefer. Otherwise the technique and treatment was excellent and the eyelashes extremely meticulously well done. Thank you.

I was shaking when I came out from such a bad experience. The room I was in had the handle hanging off it. I was worried it wouldn’t open again so when I changed for this appointment I was very nervous. The wax was very very hot I kept saying it feels too hot. I’ve had a hot wax at other salons and not had the same problem. Midway through my appointment she answered a telephone call on the handheld whilst also waxing me, I was concerned about that. Thank goodness my skin wasn’t burnt.
