Simona was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I did have to ask her to explain the various products and steps she would be taking which I think should always happen in case there is anything that isn't suitable for the skin. Other than that, she was very thorough and I left feeling both relaxed and with a very fresh face!
