I received a manicure and pedicure and have awarded it 4 stars. The consultant is one of the best I've encountered, however, the ambience and general location was not that great. Also, some of my toe nails were quite painful while filing. Otherwise, she was one of the most meticulous people I've gone to and would recommend the service.
