Unprofessional. Turned up and store said closed, rang the buzzer many times before someone would come out, said it was due to being understaffed. Wax was average at best.

I have been using this salon for over 2 years as the value is great! However, aestheticians change continuously and you don't know what to expect every time. I would prefer to have the same person all the time.
