Quick and efficient and great value for money

Started with a phone call 40 mins before my appointment telling me not to be late, seemed a bit pushy and unnecessary. There were parts of the facial which were enjoyable and relaxing, like moisturising massage and face mask; however, my face was also scrubbed within an inch of its life and the blackhead extraction felt like having my face raked and had me wincing throughout. While the lady doing it was nice enough, I left with my face red and puffy and feeling raw, I think in an attempt to recover my skin then went on to be ten times oilier over the next few days.... to summarise, would not return.
