I was 5 mins late but waited at the desk for 10-15 minutes because nobody was there when I walked in. Hema was super quick as usual but things went super bad and either got skin ripped off/burnt. Such an unpleasant experience but she was really nice about it- I'm not sure what happened, it wasn't anything like that last time.
