Turned up for my appointment to be told the lady who did gels wasn’t in that day. They hadn’t even looked at the booking diary so were quite surprised when I said I was having gels. Wasn’t very apologetic even when I pointed out they could have phoned me to tell me the appt wasn’t possible. I know sometimes these things happen but I booked this appointment just ahead of catching a train to go and be a maid of honour the next day. So to say I was disappointed and frustrated is a bit of an understatement... if only they’d have called me I could have booked elsewhere.
