Staff were very friendly and offered me tea before the wax, sadly the waxing room wasn't too clean. The wax itself was generally quick and pain-free but not totally thorough and when she was done, the waxer told me to apply the after-lotion myself and left the room which was a first. That same lotion then stung quite badly for a few hours after.
