The staff that work there are so lovely and the henna design she did on me was really lovely but they need to invest in better quality black henna because it genuinely started fading after 12 hours.

The main haircut was fine, but the fringe trim wasn't done well at all - I thought it was strange that my fringe was swept to the side at the end of the haircut, and when I got home I saw that it was cut very unevenly with random strands hanging down, in fact I had to neaten it up myself at home. I had a fairly late appointment straight after work and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, it felt a bit like they just wanted to get it done as quickly as possible and sadly the quality suffered.
